Raven Baroque Ensemble

Raven Baroque Ensemble will perform in Bastion Square, Saturday, July 10th from 1:30 to 3:00 pm. The Ensemble will feature music from the Baroque period, from 1650 to 1750 such as composers like Vivaldi, Bach, Handle and Geminiani to name a few. The Ensemble is comprised of approximately 12 local Victorian musicians who play in the Victoria Chamber Orchestra and/or the Victoria Symphony Orchestra. Bond of Silence Film Shoot

Lila Films Inc. in Victoria is filming a television movie entitled "Bond of Silence". The movie is based on the compelling, true story of the murder of Squamish lawyer Bob McIntosh. It is about one woman's journey through murder, forgiveness and restorative justice.
Filming will take place between the hours of 7 am and 9 pm on Wharf Street and at the west end of Bastion Square.
